Good point!

"All human problems are technical"
Doesn't that kind of ignore psychological problems, psychoses, neuroses... affecting millions of people.

Agreed. My ONLY criticism of the Zeitgeist movement is the lack of transistion. Which is so crucial because the technology isn't yet at a stage where we can just drop the old and start with the new.

Computers are not creative
Till then - this is all a pipe dream.

were you paying attention? Computers don't need to be creative because humans are creative and we would still be contributing to society.
This isn't just a good or necessary alternative to our current system; it's the best social system humanity could adopt. Finally, a system where we can be free from money/ profit and the debt / entrapment it creates.

The Zeitgeist vision is great, but it lacks a transition period to marry the old with the new. We can't just ditch all the dwellings we have now for something new. That's where I think a merging of the Zeitgeist infrastructure with a concept called "Permaculture." Google this to find the Wikipedia page.
The Resource based economy is a great idea (like Star Trek). We can have such an economy and barter trade and credit system mixed with clean energy as a commodity credit.
