Big Daddy of BEOSC and customer Jack Lacorte give a rundown of Jack's roller which is built using one of Bitter End's Buell Bobber Conversion Kits, which also work for Sportsters and XB's. Includes technical and aesthetic aspects of the build and covers some of the major components found in the Bobber Conversion Kit Packages. Kits like the one used in this video can be found at http://bitterendchoppers.com/BuellConversionKit.html

  • if you keep belt drive system what tooth belt would ya need

  • @FireboltRider31 Sorry, Brutha, due to the length of the frame from the seatpost back, this requires a chain conversion.

  • love the video

I have checked out this kit on your site and wondered if you can rake it out a little more & would like to know how much to ship to kit Australia please?

  • @stinkmc

Yes. Addt'l charge to do non-std. rake would be $150. S&H of entire kit to Oz would be $900.

  • will it fit a 1967 ironhead motor?

  • @Harleypsycho54 We could easily build the frame with the correct mounts for an Ironhead - just a matter of changing out the motor mount fixtures in the jig. --Al

  • @ownTer Approx. stretch forward = 2" with 3" rearward stretch behind the seatpost.

    Thanks for the kind words

  • Can i ask what stretch this bike had. And how tall is Jack?

Very nice video as well. More places should upload videos with as much info as this one.

  • thanks for posting! based on your website info, I plan to eventually 'bobb' my 06XB12ss, I believe it will be a better ride without investing in a complete motorcycle. good job guys!
