I just woke up and decided to go for a little run with my Vibram Five Fingers. As a speaker, I have no idea why I say 'um' and 'like' so much here, but this is a VERY informal video, so take it for what it is.

No socks this time, and my feet were fine. My calves and feet are a little sore after my jog, but that's expected. Hopefully my feet and legs will be adjusted before my travels!

  • @garyrreyes They're pretty great! Falling apart because I put them in the dryer and had dogs attach them haha. Besides they, they're holding up fine.

  • did you really bring a water bottle for your 3 minute "run" haha

  • I run barefoot, no need for vibrams. :D

  • @brhasn1

Throw them into a bucket to wash off the mess, then throw them in the washer. They might be comfortable, but they do little to protect the feet.

  • Five FINGERS??? As in HAND??? Apart from this, I would love to have a pair. Being vegan, no one would be surprised....

  • BEST SHOES EVAR! I've had my pair for almost a year now. I am going to get the hiking pair next because they look awesome. and you're right you have to gradually wear into them. My legs have doubled in muscle mass since wearing them. very nice review.

  • here's my review. I've never seen anybody finish with a respectable time wearing them. I've seen lots of people in them at the starting line at races but never during the races(because they're always behind me). I've never been injured. The shoes I run in were on the guy who just set the american record for half-marathon. I'm sure it feels great and natural but....if it aint broke don't fix it.
