WWII in the US: Railroads and National Defense

Take 12 1/2 minutes to see what Americans were doing in WWII, and even more importantly what Americans were capable of doing then that we can't do today.

What if the US had to go to war? China would be supplying everything we need for the war... unless we were at war with China.

In that case, China would win since we can't make much of anything here today (unless we could win by throwing McDonald's hamburgers at them?).

I'm embarrassed that big corporations gave America's know-how away to China, leaving Americans' standard of living to go down, while the standard of living in third world countries like China to come up. How far down can America go? If we don't do something about it right now, I'm afraid we're going to find out.

It only took about 10 years for big corporations to destroy decades of work by our fathers and grandfathers, who worked hard to give us a great standard of living.

Our children are the losers, unless they move to China.

After you've watched the video, watch it one more time. This time, you'll realize that the Chinese watched this video a long time ago. Just substitute China in your mind anytime the narrator talks about America.
