"To Rome with Love" is a story about a number of people in Italy - some American, some Italian, some residents, some visitors - and the romances and adventures and predicaments they get into. The film stars Allen, Alec Baldwin, Roberto Benigni, Penelope Cruz, Judy Davis, Jesse Eisenberg, Greta Gerwig and Ellen Page.

    If he wanted to portray Italy he failed (in my opinion) because it's a movie based on stereotypes. That's all.

    first of all: calm down please. I like Woody Allen but this movie is based on stereotypes, starting from the music! This is not how Italy is, it's how americans think it is! It would be a good portrait of Italy if we were in the 1400!

    So what?? dafuq?! people like you destroy good movies!!! the music is there not because it mattes from what year it is..but because Woody Allen desided that it fits the movie and the feeling the movie gives you

    Then of course, there's Michael Jackson who was charged with the same thing. People still buy and listen to his music. Hell so do I. I am a big fan. My point is, while you're pointing fingers at Woody Allen, then you should point at everyone who has done something wrong. Woody Allen isn't the only one who has done something like this and he surely won't be the last.
