He's right. The attempts by the Left to destroy or dismantle anything Christian is the saddest of chapters in American history. As America becomes increasingly antagonistic to Christianity it will lose much of what made her great. And every Christian, every Jew, and anyone else who wants America to retain her greatness needs to fight for Christianity.
