  • Can u share some tasy vegan recipes for a busy black motehr of two. Thanku for sharing. I too wear my hair low but i intend to grow an afro an eventually locs. I use raw shea all over my body and black soap all over too and thats it. It still find not painting my toes hard though. Are there any vegan friendly nail polish??

  • I can identify with this, I experienced a lot more negative reactions from black friends and family than my white friends. For me it was a way to find myself and break free of this slavery. I am more at peace, and so is my husband... We do have q long way to go. :-)

  • I don't get it, when I went natural nobody thought it was bad, as a matter of fact everyone loved it and said they wish they had hair like me. And what I used in my hair.

  • Just wanted to drop in a comment, I think your very beautiful :) Your soul shines

  • You have a beautiful personality, it just shines right through :) thanks for the advise, you should really be on the radio or have your own talk show or something

  • First time I listened to hair care tips from a person without any hair o.0

  • @fashioniiista I buy mine from Mountain Rose herbs. cheap, fair trade, and organic and unrefined!

  • @zela9999 I use jojoba when I'm not so 'ashy' :-) . I like hemp oil when it's really dry climate but don't wear it on my face when I could get a sunburn. I will wear jojoba if I'm in a summer humid climate, if that makes sense. I like eating hempseed oil as well. I think each person's body type is unique, so jojoba make work better for some while hemp may work better for others.

  • You are a beautiful enlightened Black woman. Hemp oil is great taken internally and used externally. But, jojoba oil is better for your skin and hair because it is the only plant based oil that replicates the oil produced by the human skin. It is also anti-fungal and anti-bacterial. It will dissolve harden sebum clogged pores and regulate it's production. Jojoba oil will do wonders for your skin and hair. Aztec Secret is my favorite jojoba oil because it is cold pressed and unfiltered. Peace

  • Thank you for this video
