the only problem whit rerolling another clas to get the goold medals is that you probaly want the mount on youre main character

raid encounters..1:05:09.. best raid model was Uld.. second was disputable by may would be wrath..if blizz could get back to basic's and make raid's more about mechanics and play..not about dps.(i understand a min/max dps is needed as well as gear)..raid encounters should be about mechanics.. if blizz wants to encourage peeps to raid.. blizz needs to encourage peeps to gear up and learn the raids inside and out.. works great for budding guilds

Away to gear Peeps for raids..an idea.. schedule gear runs.. ohh me bad.. that is a thing of the past.. when my first 80 popped.. my guild ran me and several others through naxx.. as well as ToC to help gear up for min gear for uld .. prob now is so many guilds are more about getting in the new content as fast as possible.. instead of taking the time to c if the person can actually raid on that toon..the thing i find funny is.. most are guilds that aren't even close to being in top10 of server

make the charms use of only 1 per raid and reset them with the lockout

I'd expect that once Blizz notices that, they'll make Challenge Mode rewards BoA, if they havn't done so already.
