what the banana tree did to you to kick it ?
-
If only trees can kick too.
-
That may look easy but in reality after some kicks your shin will start to hurt. Soon, your tibia bone will have microfractures and when it heals and calcify it becomes tougher. The shin area by then is also quite numb to pain - you can kick things that are hard and feel almost nothing.

@karatechopization. Yhank you for your response. I meant that as a joke. The truth is banana tree kicking is good for skin conditioning but in my opinion bone conditioning is important as well. You need to make micro breaks in you bone. Naturally by sparring and kicking shin to shin. Unnaturally, by kicking young palm trees, bamboo or streetlights. It's gonna hurt but it's more mental than anything. Mind over matter, if you don't the pain, it don't matter. Muay Thai is very spiritual and mental.

This is good but the truth is banana trees aren't that hard. Their filled with fiber and water. Try kicking a coconut tree or tires will do. Bamboo kicking is also fun what the heck just kick you streetlight post..!!!
