  • @PaxtonTye nope the original Team Fortress QUAKE MOD was using quake E the TFC uses the GoldSrc Half Life 1 E that is HL1 modifed quake E and TF2 use source E that is a new E made for Half Life 2

  • @PaxtonTye no there not the same engine (they might act the same im not sure as i never relay played quake) but according to its wikis quakes engine is just called "Quake engine" it dose not list any thing other then that TF2 uses the standard Valve Source physics engine (witch is a more or less a "add-on" to the Havok physics engine) hope that was helpful ^^
