@QuasarR1 , let's not get racial here.. you harbour a "misconception" of our "remoteness" , but know for a fact companies are not fools when they set up cs offices in India. You are justified in smarting from the fact that the investments are being directed elsewhere, but educated Indians differ from you only in terms of thier geographical bearings. "Village"??.. you'll be surprised by the people seeking support from your neck of the woods. Anyway, Peace! We all live in the global "village"! :)

Cloud is another buzz. Not suitable for ENTERPRISE yet. Integrating with enterprise systems still remains a challenge. End -to-End monitoring, Tuning and troubleshooting cannot be guaranteed by these cloud companies(lie force.com, springsource or amazon)
