My dog, Rigel, may have been a Sshiloh. He passed away last summer, but left me with a love for the breed (yes, I've met several other Shilohs). I lucked out in rescuing him, and hope to one day find another Shiloh best friend, not to show, but to be my companion, and to train as a therapy dog (I'm a medical student) to help in my work in the hospital.
If I could afford a Shiloh, I'd adopt one now. They're WONDERFUL companions- intelligent, noble, gentle. Truly family. Thank you for sharing.

I've looked around and I dont see any Shiloh Shepherd breeders at all in Sweden.. How come? They're beautiful looking dogs.

There was a Swiss breeder who imported some
Shilohs from the US back in 2001, but so far we don't have anyone in Sweden working with us yet. BTW... the Swiss breeder sadly fell ill and is no longer involved.

virginia you have a wee scottish lassy(my daughter)wanting another pup!!!we already have two,but the mrs say`s two shepherds are enough?I think im swaying her round to our way of thinking.LOL

ive just had a crappy day at work.your wee pup has put a huge smile on my face.give hugs for me thank you poppy ya wee ball of fluff!!!lol

Doesn't matter what kind of day I have when I get to come home to my awesome dogs. :) Glad to hear Poppy cheered you up!
