how to change windows 7 starter wallpaper

you may already know that on windows 7 starter, (commonly used for netbooks)
doesnt allow you to change your wallpaper,

start it up, click browse and select the image you want as your wallpaper then click apply and log off and then back on and it works.

It's working OK, however get rid of this is very difficult, you won't able to remove the files completely from your system. I won't recommend this. Find some other way to do it safely.
