why a champion? does really people care about that? dogs are supposed to exist to make people HAPPY, not to make people earn money, you know.. just saying..

@ILeanIRock the real question is DOES THE DOG CARE... many dogs enjoy agility and obedience. Often chapion dogs are good for service work. and Dogs don't exist to make us happy. they exist because they are another product of this universe -as we are. we coexist with them.

@ILeanIRock People DO care about champions because it means the bloodline is stable and the pups can excel in whatever role their new owners desire. Getting a pup from a breeder who has champions in, for example, retrieving if you're looking to do field trials is beneficial to you over say a breeder who has champions in conformation and perhaps other areas where those traits and desires in the dog, and the pups, wouldn't be up to your liking.
