Then again, it would be highly inappropriate for the Springer show to get KKK members just for show because it could be deemed as inciting racial hatred. He could easily been in contempt of court, so therefore one has to assume its real.

This looked like staged to me. Other Jerry Springer KKK videos look real, or more real, but the lady in this looked like she was acting, and acting badly I might add. She wasn't convincing enough.
