I had the pleasure of spending an evening in Tijuana with El Duce. He passed out before we could get back over the border. The border guard saw him in the back seat and gave us a hard time. He said, "Don't bring him back here again." Tijuana was too good for El Duce... I believe he could've passed out on the tracks... or was too drunk to see the train coming. Of course, the official story was that he seig heiled the train as the stopped motorists watched in horror.
