Cupertino High School Class of 2010 is entering the Dell SuperProm contest because we have given all of our funding that would usually fund both junior and senior prom to help Nthimbiri Secondary School in Meru, Kenya upgrade their school facilities. We started this project called Kenya Dream our freshmen year and have continued it until now. For more information, check out www.kenyadream.us. By winning SuperProm not only will our class have a prom like every other school, but in addition we will be able to gain media attention for Kenya Dream so we can complete our goal of raising $100,000 by June of 2010 and make a difference in the world.
