If you live in the western would you might not be the best qualified to say. Most of us have a depressed immune system. From toxins in the food, water, food packaging (BPA), pesticides, growth hormone, prescription drugs, vitamin D deficiency. All these factors weigh on the immunity of almost everyone.
In any case, her point was that the milk inhibit the growth of pathogens found on a muddy manure spattered teat.

Where is Part 4?

Try this math to see if you can afford raw milk.
1. Greater absorption of nutrients including calcium and magnesium
2. Improved digestion, less need for antacid
3. No need for probiotics
4. No need (in many cases) for lactase tablets
5. Less food consumed due to better digestion
If your experience gives you these benefits (it did for me) then offset the savings against the extra price of the milk.
I didn't mention Growth Hormone and Antibiotics in pasteurised milk

tho I agree with all the major points in this video, I have to point out that peoples stomaches/immune systems just arent able to cope with some of the things that animals can. just because a calf can suck on manure covered teats and be healthy doesn't mean you can. dogs drink from puddles, and wild animals eat rotten meat... i consider neither to be safe. please use common sence :)

@tiggie1975 Not everyone experiences this benefit..... check out 06:48 :D

I believe in raw milk, too, but she convinces no one by using false examples of "manure covered" teats. Cows are not inherently filthy creatures who allow themselves to get covered in manure! That only happens in factory farm conditions (and even then, only the worst). There is no reason to bend the truth with false premises. The real science should be enough!

@Vonderplanitz Me too! I havn't found raw milk in my area or grass fed meat, but by reducing unproperly propered grains and eating lots more saturated fat and some bone broths I have not been ill once! Also I am never lathargic, don't get bloated and am leaner (not that I was fat).

I can't buy raw milk anywhere!! It's bullshit!
I tried raw milk for the first this past week and I've noticed I have far less gas. I just wish I could afford it on a regular basis.

It would be great if consumers could have a choice. Obtaining raw milk where I live (Montana) is difficult and involves driving a long distance to obtain the milk from someone in the cow share program. My solution has been to drink kifir even though the downside is that it is still pasteurized.
