  • Bible references to homosexuality: Romans 1:7, 1 Timothy 1:10

    References to fornication/adultery:

    1 Corinthians 5:9,11, Hebrews 13:4

-New World Translation of the Holy Scriptures.

  • I really pity you. Romans, I'm not going there AGAIN. 1 Timothy 1:10 is talking about male prositutites. Fornication talks about "sex before marriage" and gay people are NOT always about sex. There are gay people in a LOVING relationship that doesn't involve sex before marriage. If you think so, you are greatly biased. :)

    Have a nice day, sir.

  • Whoops. Ma'am, I mean.

  • LOOK AT THIS FAGGOT..

    HE HAS AIDS

    AND WILL BE GONE SOON....

  • Oh, I believe from my mind, body (heart) and soul. I guess I can understand why you consider my belief as "my bible". I assumed that you meant a specific version. Sure, no problem! Have a good night! :)

  • interesting not because of the above, just interesting how you believe not from your heart but your mind. That is still "your bible" because you go by the translations and go for the "original" language -- Hebrew" . Thank you Chrion for being respectful without any prejudice and hope without your higher standards. I will be back with questions, etc. at this moment, i need to hit the sack.

  • For instance, what was the exact wording on the cross? (a) This is Jesus the King of the Jews (Matthew 27:37) (b) The King of the Jews (Mark 15:26) (c) This is the King of the Jews (Luke 23:38) (d) Jesus of Nazareth, the King of the Jews (John 19:19)

Now, put them all together and you have "This is Jesus of Nazareth, the King of the Jews"

  • Ok. How did you come up to that conclusion that this is to be true? there are many many versions of the bible in the world, how do you know this is the one you relied on tapping your heart to be conclusive?

  • and there is no "my bible". I use any versions and I connect all of them altogether. I am very careful with the translations and I always go for the original language - Hebrew.

  • Then how do you account for "Song of Songs"?
