The Marriott Waterfront in Baltimore opened in 2001 and modernized in 2007 so you never know w/ marriott

you do remember that the marriott used to be at 3 World Trade Center, right? They had Westinghouse there. Considering they moved here c. 2003, they are modernized by KONE. I would even go farther and say these are former Twinkie-M. I believe this used to be an Office Building

The Brand New W Hotel in Boston has KONE Alta because there over 700 FPM. EcoSysyem MR can only go 700 FPM. So if it is 800 FPM it is an Alta.
