Nice and demonstrative surgery

BTW, nice 1/2 to 2/3rd scleral thickness flap is an important step with these filters, enhancing the safety of ExPRESS implantation. Ike

I prefer a nice thick flap, hence deep vertical scleral cuts (not full-thickness). Choroid is not breached, and the blood (which is coming from superficial/ episclera is actually just pooling in the partial cutdowns. Thanks, Ike Ahmed
vertical cuts seem to be very deep (almost full thickness) with choroidal show and excess bleeding.

Well, no doubt it was an excellent surgery. I would like to ask its benefits Vs conventional trabeculectomy.
