@666deathghost I like both this sound and old Norwegian Black Metal, Mayhem were supporters of Blasphemy from way back, so what's wrong with that ya know? I think the symphonic black metal (Emperor, Dimmu etc.) from Norway is pretty boring and lame, but they did have some good bands back in the day.

@GinaKaos999, you misunderstood my comment. When I talked about bands like Beherit being an influence for Revenge's "barrage of noisy, obnoxious metal," it was complimentary. I very much enjoy the ugliness of this kind of music.
