  • I just had the same procedure 4 days ago , was very nervous but i knew it had to be done. Believe it or not when i was in recovery in an out of all the meds they have you under, i thought about your video and smiled and it brought a peaceful feeling and i knew i would be ok. I dont know you but you made feel safe, Thanks!!!!!

  • I AM SO HAPPY FOR YOU! Your video brought tears to my eyes, your family and kids being so supportive and sharing the experience with you. THANK YOU AND THANK YOU TO YOUR FAMILY FOR ALLOWING TO SHARE THIS WITH US!

  • @gnamaree I wanted to know what levels you had fused and if you notice any range of motion problems or limitations? how long were you in pain, or had nerve problems, and do you have any long term nerve damage?

  • I am amazed and encouraged by what I have seen in your process and recovery. I am 41 years old and from a couple rear end collisions 15 years ago, the LOUSY ambulance chaser referred me to a chiropractor, and settled out of court as SOFT TISSUE damage. The pain for years and the debilitating use of my body, as a former athlete, and the mental confusion because of medication is just PLAIN DEMEANING!

  • an optimistic attitude will make the process easier to heal. I've had the surgery about 3 weeks and 6 days ago. And I'm feeling great the pain is no more. No that you're going to do fine and everything will work in your favor.

  • I'm having this done the end of the month...any advance advice to make it better pre and post op?

  • I had this done in spring 07, as well. The recovery is pretty painless, no? I got so used to that Miami-J collar, I was uncomfortable without it at first.
