  • hey hey! Have you ever tried - fast abs magic (should be on google have a look)? Ive heard some super things about it and my mate got beautiful Six pack abs and lost lots of weight with it.

  • @RoboCopRamirez it depends on how much muscle you have, a good way to determine if your healthy is to check your waist size to your height, a good waist size at your height is around 32-34 inches. If youve got alot of muscle and low fat then you shouldnt worry, however if your not extremely muscular then a good weight is around 190-200 if your well built, but not huge. Its purely a matter of opinion. Im 5'11 and 163lbs but skinny and am a cyclist who does circuits in the winter so not comparable

  • @RoboCopRamirez

    i m 5 ft 8 and i weight 220

, u tell me is this bad for my height?

  • @RoboCopRamirez weight doesn't always matter it could be your bones are heavy, if you look great at that weight than you dont need to lose more weight and if you think your fat and cant loose more weight drink more water increase workout time and retrict your diet even more or lower the calory intake

  • im 6'2 and 228 lbs,, is that a bad weight for my height?? no matter what i do i cant seem to loose any more weight.. only gain muscle.

  • You can look lean but muscular! If you lose weight, some parts of the body tends to sag, so it's important to tone your body and keep it proportionate. I found this link which I followed the program for my workout - target is to lose weight but look toned and muscular. You can check out my profile for the link, I can't post it now on Youtube.
