Terragen Free for non commercial use at http://www.planetside.co.uk/terragen
The longest clip in this video was over 2800frames and it took my computer 2 1/2 days to render!
I used Campath for the scripting and I used VirtualDub to make the AVI.
Music is by the London Symphony Orchestra from their CD Symphonic Rock. And of course the song in this video is Another Brick in the Wall.

  • took my BREATH away! fantastic job!

  • Thank you! Thank You!

  • WOW! Nice job with the video! I just recently posted a slideshow of all my Terragen art. Just look up "angelqueen9989" and click on the Terragen video! :D

I'm a writer, so Terragen really helps with the imagination boost for the landscapes in my worlds :)

You did a really great job! You used campath, right?

    Have a nice day!!!! :)

  • Thanks! Yea, I used campath and I know what you mean about the imagination boost! :D

  • Brilliant. I will oneday make things like this.

This must've taken WEEKS to render though.

  • Its easier than it looks.

I rendered each scene separately. Some of the short scenes were rendered in a few hours but the longest scene took a couple of days. Then all you do is put the scenes together with music using video editing software ( I used Widows Movie Maker that already came with my computer) and viola! Youre done.

    Good Luck:)

  • Nice video! Is the orchestra playing pink floyd we don't need no education?

  • just uploaded this software n found that the campath and animation plug in sites have been discontinued... any suggestions/:I

  • Quite amazing. Superb job!

  • Just curious to know if you could slow this down and not suffer from a frame rate stutter? Love the vid btw.

  • I would like to see some details, Like trees, flowers, hm something fill those places...

  • Wow!!! Super!!!

  • amazing........

  • The sunset at 5:20 looks absolutely GORGEOUS! I wanted to use Terragen 2 to make a wallpaper, but the resolution and detail locks on the demo mean it'd probably end up looking bad. >.<

  • Wow, i love the depth of field here, great job with panning the camera.

  • Nice I can imagine the terrible render times. LOL I only rendered out 1,100 frames and it took a week. I believe I had the quality settings too high for a video.
