@petersinol finger technique is not necessarily connected to pushpull. i never do pushpull but still, use my fingers a lot. and yeah, i train them the very same way this video shows. it's office-friendly :)

Sorry m8 but this isn't spmething new. Besides You've not mentioned about thumb. A lot more important than pinky and very important to the push and pull techique. Poor show about Jojo's technique I think:) 3.
