Puma and Green Dragon boats have suffered significant damage by an unforgiving Southern Ocean in the early stages of Leg Two of the Volvo Ocean Race. Meanwhile, the threat of piracy still looms large for the eight boat fleet on the 4,450-mile stretch from Cape Town, South Africa, to Kochi, India. Available clips include shots of the teams sailing on Leg Two of the race, as well as soundbites with Kimo Worthington, GM of Puma Ocean Racing.

  • thats the driest submarine I ever saw.

  • I've been seeing all these trimaran clips - whiz bang sailing in harbors, great stuff, different aesthetic. But this is and always will be The Shite. Racing and living (somehow, you animals) on real water. Spectators? Team colored jerseys? Get bent elsewhere, mate. Stand into the heavy foam.

  • @Gunkhed that was me just complaining about the sound levels, not the types of sound. ignore it, i was being grumpy.

  • @omgitzsteg That is the normal sounds out at sea on a maxi.

  • How can they sleep on this?

  • Great, but would it be so hard to normalize the sound?

  • bellissimo !!!!!!!! great video !
