Her memories are trapped in the dress sphere that Yuna is wearing. They reacted with the giant sphere screen that Shinra set up for the concert, which caused the scenes of Zanarkand, her memories, and the projection of herself singing. Also, Yuna didn't write the song, it was just her picking up the memories of a song Lenne sang 1000 years earlier. The scenes of Zanarkand weren't put there intensionally, and Lenne is just a projection of herself singing that song 1000 years earlier.
