Ok, as a third party in this game with no horse in the race, on the int in the endzone the ref is clear influenced by the DB motioning incomplete pass, he clearly looks at the DB (who I guess was influenced by the previous p. I. calls) and then waves it off

@harryjung92 Of course no FACTS. what players? what practices? It's all texas jealousy of OU being the #1 team in the Modern Era.
-
@harryjung92 Oh don't be so jealous you whiny little bitch. Name one relevant player Switzer cheated to get.
Oklahoma 55, Texas 17. Oklahoma has already dished out a pair of lopsided beatings in the last decade of this rivalry, winning by 52 points and 49 in 2000 and 2003, respectively. Go catch the highlights on your bonghorn network if it ever makes it on air. You lying dickhead!

Stanberry did make the interception. And Terry Orr did score on 3rd down.

Earl Johnson was a great running back. Wonder what he is up to now?

Back in the SW Conf. days for Texass, bad calls were a normal operating procedure. The fumble call was in the middle of the field and out in the open. The Sooner defender hacked the ball out of his arm and bounced it off the ground while he was running and the ref said the play was called dead at that point. They said the play had stopped while he was running down field.!

HOW THE REFS ROBBED OU OF A WIN AND GAVE TEXAS A TIE (1984)
-
"There's no doubt about it" (Ken Faulkner, supervisor of SW Conf. officials, confesses that Keith Stanberry did indeed intercept the ball that should have sealed the win for #2 OU over #1 Texas. The no call interception resulted in a tie. (1984).

NO CALL FUMBLE - On the first play from scrimmage, the texas RB clearly fumbles the ball and it's recovered by OU, but the refs inexplicably waive off the fumble and give possession back to texas
-
PHANTOM PASS INTERFERENCE – During the final game tying drive, the texas WR charges into a back peddling OU defensive back, while the ball is thrown way over their heads and is clearly not catchable. The refs call pass interference on OU. ABC announcers Keith Jackson and Frank Broyles confirm that it's clearly a bad call.
even as a texas fan, i admit we lost this game! the refs screwed ou!
