With Dick Cheneys admission that he authorised the use of TORTURE including Waterboarding, should he be prosecuted as a War Criminal. It makes no difference WHAT provoked him to do such a thing and to invoke the 911 attacks as a reason or excuse does not carry any muster. Of course he's guilty of war crimes. He ordered torture, and probably ordered the targeting of civilian targets, The is no excuse for either. There isn't a damn thing wrong with waterboarding. That isn't torture! Being tied down and beaten and physically injured is torture. Waterboarding is a psychological tactic that does not qualify as torture any more than sleep deprivation does. What you people fail to realize is that at Guantanamo Bay these scum are given three meals a day and are allowed to pray the required 5 times a day along with having warm beds and showers, they are treated better than prisoners here in the US
