And PS3 users use the Xbox Red Ring of Death as a reason to get people to switch to PS3. They got their own problems they don't tell you about.
Luckily, I don't have to deal with this shit. I don't even have a gaming console.

@mosseolhao Shame, you will have to get a slim, but I think the fat ones are better because they have more USBs.

I have first gen 80gb PS3 and I run it loads and it still works.

I 'fixed' my YLOD several years ago. I turned the power off right when the yellow light showed. I powered it back on and BOOM! It's working!

@RoyalGiraffe at first I felt the same...... But we send ours to Sony and they gave us a new one (60 gig) straight from Japan!, and ques what...... thats bin for hmmm almost 2 years now :) and our PS3 60 gig is still alive^^
