Hair Boom Ideas from Matter of Trust

Hair boom can be for shore and now in floating crab cages. And oil can be funneled into a containment area through trap doors that won't let it back out.

Why won't BP try the hair booms that are capable of soaking up some of their oil that they have made to gush into the Gulf of Mexico and now on America's wetlands, beaches, etc. Are toxic dispersants safer and more effective? Why not try the hair booms?

Write the president now and ask these questions.

Why not use the hair booms from excessaccess? Please explain why we should not us them and/or the delay for permission to use them.

we resently sent 38 lbs of hair from our customer at Supercuts and all where wanting to know if it was really going to the oil spill some were even oil company workers and officals. All we could say is: that we send it and it's up to hazmat and BP to use it. We were going on good faith that EVERYONE wants this solved no matter what they should try it and see for themselves that it works!!

Have yall seen the pictures of the poor animals covered in oil/ dead? why wont they use these?? Its not like they have any better ideas! What is wrong with BP? Im from the Bayou/ Houma,La and we would love to use this down here! Why don't we get the say so? They did the damage so let us,the community, decide which way we want to try and help clean it!! This is so frustraiting!

We sent our fourth box of hair/fur/fleece, last week. Still collecting.

We are so glad to see that WE can work TOGETHER, to help SAVE OUR SHORES.

We are a salon that has sent many boxes of our wonderful customers hair. All of our stylists are talking up helping the cause. Since we live on the east coast of Fl we know how important our wildlife, sealife, shoreslife and our water is to all people to enjoy now, but for my granddaughter and her kids to enjoy in the future to come. LET'S KEEP THIS GOING - WE NEED TO SOAK UP THIS OIL!

Use the booms and after, remove their oil/dispersant soaked contents safely.
