Thank you so much for your video! I love what you're saying about finding that beauty in yourself... that confidence in yourself. You've really brought up some key points... It's so crutial to find out why you want to loose weight and why you got to that point at the same time. I hope everyone gets to benefit from it... So, again, thank you! =)

I know so much how it is to have someone taking advantage of your vulnerability. Because you re so sensitive for what is happening around you and you re such a beautiful soul, people may find it easy to manipulate you,but as I understood that s in the past and I am sure that you re sense of selfesteem was much lower then, so you toke on the blame. You re the kind of person that can give so much because you re able to understand someones feelings,and that makes me happy to know you! :-) xxSophie
