Do you think its a good idea to become a owner driver..the reason am asking is am thinking of selling up here in the uk and moving over there and buying my own new. I'm with a medium size company and have been with them for 3 years. Fortunately, they have kept me somewhat busy through this economic downturn although the length of haul sometimes isnt the greatest tho'. I'm on a 2-day 330 mile load right now but then thats usually followed by a 1500+ mile load.
