Back in the days of '06, a contingent of Boy Scouts from Tampa, FL, headed to Philmont, New Mexico for a "68 mile" trek (more like 90 if you ask me). Among these young men were 8 boys and 4 scoutmasters from Troop 188, Temple Terrace. The trek lasted for 11 days. By the end, these young men, including Alex Roman, guitarist for the hardcore metal band The Trojan Warfront, found the courage and the strength only a Philmont Scout Ranch Trek can provide.

yes and no Fi you get into the 30's trek number the treks are either very long or you go to a lot of landmarks which makes it long anyway. we alos got lost a couple of times which made it a little longer then normal.
