accually the shoe is leaving the third rail since that third rail ends and there is another 1 on the other side.

very serious, too if u do litter, bcuz 95% of litter is a paper rapper or some flammable object, and sparks mostly occr when shoe hits a new 3rd rail, this will occur often when tracks switch or 3rd rails switch sides.

i don't know why the operator honked the horn, but the sparks come quite often when the shoe collides with the third rail. that's why they say don't litter on the tracks. it's a fire hazard
