Steve does an excellent job of differentiating between the two different types of buyer's agents. Those who are in companies that work just for buyers and those who are in companies who work for both sellers and buyers.
He also brings an interesting perspective on the "neighborhood specialist". Could it be that using a neighborhood specialist could be detrimental to the buyer? Steve makes an interesting argument that it could.
