"Flying While Muslim": Racial Profiling Post 9/11 is an independent documentary showing the faces of racial profiling in the post 9/11 America--and examines the complex intersection of immigration, multiculturalism and national security. Director Lyra Porras Garzon presents a wide range of voices, from those of Americans who have been victimized by racial profiling to those who argue it is a necessary evil in the face of a terrorist threat. The film seeks to open a space for dialogue by sharing the stories of ordinary men and women at a time when the fear of terrorism has changed the way Americans look at their country--and each other.

this video is misleading.1 islam/muslims isnt a race 2 this has more to do with culutral bias. if u see a black american and a black muslim and the muslim gets questioned and not the blk american then its more about cultural bias. 3 if there is a sheik from india and a muslim from india who are they gonna question ?both cuz both are brown?then thats racial profiling, but if they only question the muslim then its not racial its culutral.

Facts are facts & the fact is that the Muslim community is almost exclusively responsible for every terrorist attack to have been perpetrated in the last 40 years. For everyone that thinks Islam is a lovely tolerant religion go and spend a few years living in the middle east so you can "truly" see who these muslims really are. See what tolerance will be extended to you and your religion in their countries. I feel no sympathy for these people. They bring it on themselves.

I see no problem with intolerance to muslims, the very core of islam is complete intolerance to other religions and non-believers. I think we should make things easy, deport the lot, maybe they will blow themselves up on the way back to the desert. This isnt racism, this is a reasonable solution. Islam is completely incompatible with Western culture. Wake the fuck up everyone.
