@punkr Not for drivers but two marshalls have been killed as a result of accidents in the last ten years.

Ah back in the days when every car was different and F1 was the evolutionary peak of auto racing. Now all the big series are feeling more and more like spec series.

A dark year for JAPAN. The F1 was leave Japan from 1977 to 1987 (first Suzuka Grand Prix), ten years!

Lauda didnt go to that race because he already had won the 1977 title!!
The Kojima Team only raced that race!!
That is the only F1 Fuji race without rain!!
Two people were killed!!
That was the last victory for James Hunt!!
Hoshino, Takahara and Takahashi were the last japanese drivers in F1 until 1987!!
