The Express had to have been one of the best movies I've ever seen! He really did deserve the Heisman Award. I'm glad he loved playing american football. He is an inspiration, and somebody to look up to.

I watched the movie last night and totally agree with you. It was really sad to see that he died at the age of 23. He had so much potential to be one of the greatest NFL running back.

Hi im 12 and my grandpa (hes white so am i) knew ernie davis he played on his baseball team and went to the same high school as him. He once was in the same car to hang out and the driver told him to roll down the window bcause it was a bad area and accidentaly hit someone also ernie saw him and said hey peanuts(my gramps middle name)merry christmas and ernie remebered him and at his funeral my grampa was crying and crying and met ernies cousins and mom
so some nfl running backs cant brake tackles now look at thomas jones, rudi johnsen, warrick dunn and others to so it really dosent matter.
