@Flegan777 Neither have I. I just know this from videos I've seen.

@PrrrromotionGiven I'd have to agree, though I've never owned a Sega CD.

@Flegan777 CD-quality sound makes all the difference... the Sega CD has much better sound capabilities than the Nintendo 64, the most advanced cartridge system ever made.

my god the SCD version looks shitty compared to the psx version

BTW, it's a REALLY GOOD strategy to have Lemina cast Pressure Cooker on his head in the first round. It pretty much takes away the heads ability to attack you and you then only have to deal with the hands. :) It's also a complete waste of time to try and kill the hands at all. Just focus on the head.

Good memories...

is there a game you haven't play?!

Oh my stars and garters, this music...!

@Armalizilto It's because he has the power of Althena. :P

I always thought it was cute how Ronfar looks like Richter doing an Item Crash when he casts a spell XD.
How do get your level that high in the PS version of this game?

There are these rare Ice pups or ice dogs or something you can kill in the White Dragon Cave. If you manage to kill them, you get insane amounts of experience. Same goes for the SCD version too.

Wouldn't the epilogue star dragon guy be the last boss/final boss? ^_^

Well Zophar is the main antagonist throughout the whole game.

What happens if you actually take out the hands? Wouldn't that limit the final boss' options if you do that or do you expect that it'll do worse attacks without them?

Yeah it limits his attack options but the battle it's so much easier and quicker if you just go straight for the head. The hand's attacks do less damage then the attacks from the head.
