Another cracking vid, clear, concise and very helpful. Not sure I'll dare try it on a bench as I'm a trifle accident prone. I think a nice high kerb to start... I'll let you know how I get on.
Cheers

unrealtrip: I think these short tutorials you've created are very well made. The techniques are well dealt with in clear and simple steps and the editing is also of a high standard. My blonde girlfirend is always asking how to do this or that on her bike and then not liking what I tell her :( So please keep up the good work - for my sake!

I've been biking for years, mainly mountainous single track and old logging/mining roads; I love watching trials and even simple jumps, but I have never been able to do much in the way of a bunnyhop myself. There are times when it would come in handy, that's for sure. Your video was wonderful to watch. I can't wait to try it out. I'll get back to you in a year cause that's how long it'll take me to learn this lol

hey can sum1 let me know if an GT Avalanche 2.0 is a bike designed for jumping off picnic tables? i recently buckled my back wheel from landing sideways from trying to tailwhip off tables. do i need stronger spokes/wheels or is it the wrong bike for the job?

@unrealtrip i can count on my fingers how many timesi have fallen down a mtb and ive been riding them since 1994 :) im 20 now and ive allways put safety 1st and i spend all my poket money on new tires and things to replace on my bike :D so thats why i went a little gentle at 1st

@BlackRoseInPain A short little bench like that is pretty safe, in fact I even endo'd off it to illustrate the point and there is no way you're going to blow a tire on something that small. That said, you are right, a curb or something along those lines is even safer. Safety third! :)

GUYS dont try it on a bench try it down a sidewalk gosh its the same thing only less dangerous and you kill the risk of getting ur tire blown ...

@TheMtbBeginner Indeed... but for these videos the target audience was the beginner who is building up his/her skills. :)

i do this on a drop least 3 times bigger to a lil raised board away from landing so i have bit of gap to do it and i dont stop im moving while i do my whellie and it works out fine

@xXUndeadShadow166Xx This is a pretty rudimentary beginner video, with speed you don't even need to pull up much really, but the idea was that this would help the new guys out.

@xXUndeadShadow166Xx me too, friggin rain is a bummer. I'm just about to finish an unreal senior frame build up I've been doing but I'm not rushing it cause I know I can't really ride it. I live near Tahoe, so I hit up northstar all last summer, was bad ass, but I miss riding big bear quite a bit (used to live in LA)
