This is probably the most terrific and realistic animation of a fierce battle between an awesome gigantic fire-spitting dragon and brave dark-age warriors. Every second of it is truly exciting. You will not regret viewing it. Highly recommended.
The scene is from the film Beowolf, a 2007 American animated fantasy film written by Neil Gaiman and Roger Avary inspired by the Old English epic poem of the same name. Directed by Robert Zemeckis, the film was created through a motion capture process similar to the technique he used in The Polar Express.

It was his Son...Just as Grendel was Hrothgar's Child...Each one was destined to bring an end to his Father Rule...And each one Did...Each king fell to the dragon...But Beowulf was such a fierce warrior his line bore a true dragon...This was an awesome movie and story...Would his best friend finally slay the beast from the waters? Who knows....Probably not, Man is weak....Sorry for the rant.....
