@2kSmiley10 that is like saying that we could still have a meaningful discussions about food if we didn't name the individual vegetables. How music fits into a wider cultural context is interesting, and therefor people like to talk about it and discuss it. If I asked somebody what kind of music they liked and they replied "oh you know, good music" I'd tell them to fuck off. We're human, we name and we categorize. I'm not sure civilization would have ever gone very far if we didn't.
