One of the largest regeneration projects in the UK, the delivery of this 172 ha site at Eastside is a pivotal part in Birmingham's economic, educational and technological growth. With existing destinations such as Millennium Point and Aston University, the focus on learning and technology is already evident.
Eastside is a key element of the Big City Plan and offers a rejuvenated gateway to Birmingham, whilst retaining its links to the city's heritage through Curzon Street Station, an early 19th century building and one of the worlds' oldest remaining rail buildings.
The new City Park will also permeate through Eastside, creating a sense of place and leisure to balance the plethora of activity and to connect Eastside with the city centre.
