i don´'t have the answer to this puzzle but i know that you are also wrong because i draw it on plywood and it fit perfectly and the square did apear and my tablesaw onliy cut stright lines i also draw it on my pc and it work when i move the parts so i still beleibe my eyes instead of you

This is a superb puzzle/ I first saw it on QI and none of the panellists could solve it.

this still makes no sense; how the hell can the fact that the triangles dont have straight lines be the answer? there needs to be some clarification here...
