~Back at the studio, with Nat and Miranda~

Nat Oh yah! That's right...sorry.
Miranda: *Giggles* Its ok.
nat: So why are you even here?
miranda: Because I got the part as your co-star!
Nat: Really?! That's great! I really don't like having to have a romantic connection with a character when I don't really knwo the actor playing her. Wow! That was worded REALLY bad! But this is still going to be sweet! Welcome to the crew Miranda.
Miranda: *Laughs* It's ok, and yes it is going to be SO fun! I'm so excited! When they told me who my co-star was I was like, "Sign me up!"
Nat: So they asked you to take this part?
Miranda: Yep, you too?
Nat: Yep, and that's great because it usually means liek the parts were MADE for us!
Miranda: Sweet! This is my first time having a made for me part!
Director: *Walks in (An.He left before, did I say that?)* Good! you guys started rehearsing, or talking, I understand you can't stay away from each other.
Nat&Miranda: Huh?
Director: When I heard you two were an item now I just KNEW I had to put you both in my series! Everything seems so much more real when the stars actually like each other in real life too! Just like High School Musical! Oh don't you just remember how impacting those love scenes were?! *Sighs* Oh! Ok, so we are filming in 5 minutes, at the cafe set! Chop chop! *Leaves*
Nat: Item?!
Miranda: Like each other in real life?!
Nat: *Sees a copy of Teen People Magazine on the coffee table* Ummm...I think I know what he's talking about now...*Shows her the front cover of the magazine. There was a picture of Miranda kissing Nat backstage at the concert (An. Remember?!) with the headline "The Newest Celebrity Couple Revealed!"*
Miranda: Oh my! I...ummm...I...I'm so sorry Nat! And you and Allie just got together!
Nat: Don't worry, I'm sure the Director got this as an early issue, so it probably hasn't made its way to Iowa yet. I'll just call Allie after filming and explain everything to her.
Miranda: Ok...Uh! Could I talk to her too? I want to explain to her why this picture was taken in the first place.
Nat: Ok, thanks for helping Miranda.
Miranda: No problem Nat, now we better get going, or the Director's going to scream! *They rush off to the cafe set*

~At the set, in New York~
Director: *As Nat and Miranda walk in* Ah! There's the love birds! Who were too busy making out to get her on time!
Miranda: *Wispering to Nat* I don't think the magazine, or Allie's are big problem.
Nat: *Wispering to Miranda* I'll have to agree with you on that one. The director's giving us so much crap, and we aren't even a couple! Uh.
*They film the scene, and now they're done*
Sally(Another girl in the cast): Hey Nat! Hey Miranda!
Nat: Hey Sally!
Miranda: Hey!
Sally: I just wanted you guys to know that I think you guys are SUCH a cute couple! And ever since I heard about you guys hanging out at the photo shoot together, I just KNEW you two would get together! I know these things!
Nat: Uh...thanks? *Sally runs off to go do something else*
Miranda: Why don't we just tell everybody we aren't a couple?
Nat: do you want to be in this show?
Miranda: Yes.
Nat: Then I suggest we don't tell anybody, especially the director. You heard how excited he was to have a real couple as his leads, if we tell him we aren't together he might go find two people who are.
Miranda: Oh...I really don't like it when you're right!
Nat: Sorry, but its the truth! And I think we can pull this off, as long as we have Allie's ok with this all...I feel bad that we JUST got together and she has to deal with this...but other than that we are pretty close friends, so how hard could it be to have a "connection?!"
Miranda: Yah! Well you better go call Allie as soon as possible then!
Nat: I will right now! *Leaves to his dressing room to go call Allie*
