I'm thinking of a career change after watching these shows. I'm thinking of going into the diners business with a bunch of recipe. The problem is that I don't like customer service. I was in the moving business before and had been pissed off by a bunch of customers who either stiff me short on payment or get into heated shouting matches w/ me about my "slowness". Yup, my problem is that I would hate to deal or smile with customers due ton the bad taste from my last job.
