a good way to tell if the puck goes in is to watch the water bottle. the water bottle vibrated, but didn't move. When the puck hits the post the water bottle vibrates. When it goes in the water bottle bounces. it hit the crossbar. no goal.

put your monitor on full screen and watch from 1:13 the puck clearly hits the crossbar.
