Dubreuille Telecaster with Bare Knuckle Pickups

This is a 2011 Philippe Dubreuille Telecaster into which I've retrofitted a set of "Blackguard Flat 50s" From Bare Knuckle Pickups. The video is a quick demo of some of the possible clean(ish) tones that are available at each selector position.

The guitar was played through a Cornell Romany Plus amp with all the controls at about 6 o'clock. I didn't adjust the amp at all from track to track, the differences in tone are all down to the pickups. I used a Shure SM 57 to record the guitar and it was mixed in Garageband.

I really love this guitar, it's beautifully put together, and the new pickups have really helped get the best from it.

@riversideblues21 Thanks! The Piledriver's a great pickup but much more modern and compressed sounding. Have a look at my other videos, there's one with my Piledriver equipped Tele which shows one of the things it can do.
